Situated adjacent to the Char Valley Health Club and Coffee House are the Char Valley Cottages. This complex of 16 self-catering holiday cottages provides a variety of holiday accommodation ranging from a party of two people up to a group of ten persons. They are situated within walking distance of the village shops, pubs, cafes and the beach on the Jurassic coast.
All of the Char Valley Cottages are well-furnished. The kitchens contain an integrated oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The living rooms are equipped with a large flatscreen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Bed linen, towels, electricity and central heating are included in the price. Each of the cottages possesses a private patio area with garden furniture. There is also ample parking available on site. All of the properties are non smoking and do not accept pets.
These cottages benefit from the facilities of Manor Farm Holiday Centre which includes a covered outdoor heated swimming pool. In addition, there is the Char Valley Health Club provides a gymnasium, indoor pool, sauna and steam room is available for use at a reduced charge. This facility is only for adults. There is also the Char Valley Coffee House which serves a fine selection of teas and coffees, along with traybakes, milkshakes, smoothies and ice creams.
Wi Fi is available in the all of the Char Valley Cottages at an additional charge.
Short holiday breaks in these cottages are only available during off peak weeks. The cottages form part of a gated complex. Therefore, each cottage is provided with one key fob which activates the electronic gates at the entrance of the complex.
A security deposit of £50 or £100 depending on the size of the holiday cottage is required to be paid by a debit card to the owner upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to the card the following week provided that the conditions are complied with and the property is left clean and tidy, and that there are no breakages or damages.
